TDL and bilingualism – tool and guide

In the final stages of refining my online course on supporting bilingual and multilingual children, I discovered a brand new guide that was recently published. This guide, which complements some of the information in my course, was developed by speech-language pathologists at the CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale. It is intended for speech-language pathologists working with bilingual children. The guide, entitled “Speech-Language Pathology Assessment of Bilingual Children,” was designed to assist speech-language pathologists with assessments by describing the speech-language pathology assessment process for children aged 0 to 9 who are learning more than one language and are suspected of having language development difficulties.
